HR Admin Manager - ACER

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and reviewing of policies and work processes.
  • Provide HR advice, execute HR initiatives and programmes that align with business strategy and support the achievement of the company's business objectives.
  • General office administration & facilities management.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with 5 years' related working experience.
  • Conversant in local labour laws and HR practices.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
