Admin Assistant - SPH

Job Description:

  • Supervise and assign duties for a group of drivers in daily operations.
  • Liaise and coordinate with various departments on their transport requirements.
  • Maintain records of assignments, vehicle repairs, etc.
  • Provide general administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' Level with a pass in English
  • Effectively bilingual
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of local roads
  • Able to work in shifts including night, weekends and holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Class 3 driving license and knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance would be an advantage.
