Security Guard
Job description:
- Assist with the daily supervision of contractors in and out processing.
- Perform protective and enforcement duties to ensure safety of staff and contract workers in the shipyard, as well as ensure all visitors exchange passes upon entry into the premises.
- Co-ordinate and lead responses to emergency situations such as fire, safety hazard, threats to life and shipyard property.
- Conduct rounds to ensure orderliness and safety in the shipyard.
- Be vigilant at all times to identity any suspicious person, parcel or vehicle by noting their characteristics and alert security manager.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform shift duties (12 hours)
Physically fit with healthy eyesight and hearing
Understand simple english
NSRS/SIRD Certificate
